Dallas is the designated home team. It is the franchise’s first international game since London in 2014 and the first regular-season NFL game ever in Rio. The Cowboys (1-1) are coming off a 37-20 win over Washington. The Ravens (1-1) bring Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry after a 24-17 loss to New Orleans. Dallas has dropped the last two meetings with Baltimore.
